In the past I have had several Sunbeam Electric Lap Blankets. They Never seemed to get warm at all. Needless to say I was very disappointed with them. My new Biddeford Electric Lap Blanket warms very well and is very cozy on those cold Winter Nights. The only complaint I have.....I wasn't able to get the color I wanted and had to
settle for another color. Other than that I am very happy with this Lap
Blanket and would purchase another again. |

I am very cold natured and have practically worn this blanket since purchasing it. It warms nicely, even on lower settings I'm comfortable. The only thing I would change is how easily the cord unplugs from the blanket. Sometimes just from my usual wiggling around in the chair I have managed to unplug the cord from the blanket! But, a quick replug and all is well.
The blanket is a nice soft snuggly fleece. My sunbeam blanket warming throw was thicker, but it quit working after only 2 uses and the warranty from sunbeam was worthless - send in at my cost and IF it wasn't my fault they would repair it. Whatever. This one has far exceeded my sunbeam throw. |

| I ordered two of these for my son in law and daughter and one of them came without the electic connector so is unusable as intended. Alas, it was not brought to my attention for a couple of months after purchase (and payment). Though I notified the supplier at that time , nothing was done to rememdy the situation. |
